Music Library
The size of a DJs library used to be limited to the amount of space the DJ had available to store records and CDs. A music library of tens of thousands of songs used to be the limit for a mobile DJ. Thanks to modern technology, Armistead Events has access to millions of song titles.
Song Selections
You and your guests can use our convenient online request tools to make sure your Armistead Events DJ has the music that you want to dance to at your event. You control who can request music and have final approval of your guests’ song selections. If you don’t want to go through the work of selecting songs for your event, let your knowledgeable Armistead Events DJ program the music for you.
Interaction
What is an interactive DJ? An Armistead Events interactive DJ is an entertainer that is not going to sit behind the DJ booth playing music all night. The interactive DJ will show your guests a good time by being with your guests on the dance floor and throughout the venue. Your Armistead Events DJ will greet your guests at the door, help them find their tables, direct them to restrooms, and exhibit “high touch” hospitality towards your guests in general. Guests that are comfortable in your event environment will be more eager to celebrate. Your guests are our guests, and we treat them as such.
Sound System
We won’t bore you with a lot of technical details. We just want you to be assured that Armistead Events uses high quality, commercial grade, portable sound systems with state of the art components. You get crisp, clean sound without hum or distortion. Our sound systems can be adapted for any shape of room, any size crowd, and indoor or outdoor environments.
Set-up
A sound system should be heard; not seen. Space at events is limited, especially indoors. Therefore, your sound system is set up to occupy as small a space as possible. Loose cords and cables are taped down and out of sight. We can provide our own white table cloth and table skirt, or you can provide a cloth and a skirt to match your décor. When set-up is complete your sound system will fade into the background and the DJ booth will be aesthetically pleasing.
